Shipping policy

At The London Chandlery, every candle is hand-prepared with care — and fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF) to ensure fast, reliable, fully tracked delivery across the UK.

Delivery Options

We currently offer two delivery speeds:

Standard Delivery — £3.99

Dispatched via Amazon MCF.
Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days from dispatch.

Expedited Delivery — £5.99

A faster option when you need your order sooner.
Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days from dispatch.

All orders are fulfilled using Amazon’s professional logistics network, ensuring quick handling, reliable tracking, and secure delivery.

Dispatch Time

Orders placed through our website are forwarded directly to Amazon MCF and normally ship within:

1–2 working days for Standard
Same or next working day for Expedited (depending on time of order)

During peak periods (especially Christmas), dispatch times may extend slightly — but Amazon’s fulfilment network helps keep delays to a minimum.

Packaging

Although Amazon handles our fulfilment, each candle remains beautifully presented in our signature branded packaging, with additional protection for safe travel.

Every order is:

Securely wrapped
Protected for transit
Gift-ready on arrival

Tracking

Every delivery includes full tracking.
Once your order leaves the fulfilment centre, you will receive an email with your tracking link so you can follow its journey.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship within the UK only.
International shipping may be introduced in the future.

Missed, Lost, or Delayed Deliveries

If your tracking link suggests a delay, or your order has not arrived when expected, please contact us at hello@thelondonchandlery.co.uk and we will investigate with Amazon directly on your behalf.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 14 days with photos of the issue so we can promptly arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns

Unused candles in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days.
Please contact us for return instructions before sending a parcel back.
