Help & FAQs
Candle Care & Use
Q: How long should I burn my candle for?
A: For an even burn and to prevent tunnelling, allow your candle to burn for 2–4 hours each time, ensuring the wax melts fully to the edges.
Q: Do I need to trim the wick?
A: Yes — trim the wick to approx. 6mm (¼ inch) before each lighting to ensure a clean and steady burn.
Q: How should I extinguish my candle?
A: We recommend using the lid or a snuffer to gently extinguish the flame and minimise smoke.
Q: How do I get the best scent throw?
A: Burn in a draft-free space and allow a full melt pool. Our coconut & soy wax blend and 10% fragrance load ensure a rich aroma.
Safety & Compliance
Q: Are your candles CLP compliant?
A: Yes. Every candle features a fully compliant CLP label, created using the correct SDS and IFRA documentation.
Q: Are your ingredients safe?
A: Absolutely. We use a premium coconut & soy wax blend, high-quality fragrance oils, and rigorously tested wicks.
